• Payment Terms : 50% Advance 30% within 15 Days From the Date of the Advance or After Project Live 20% within 15 Days after Second Installment or At the time of Delivery.

Taxes Extra :

• Government Taxes (Goods and Service Tax) will be extra

Important Notes: 

• Order once placed cannot be canceled, the client is liable to pay the full amount.
• The estimated project completion duration ranges from 25 to 30 working days, excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, please note that the timeline may vary depending on collaboration with your team members and the resolution of any technical challenges encountered during the implementation process.
• Software or websites are delivered and developed based on software requirement documents (SRS) as given above. Any modification or alteration will be treated as a new feature and may be charged extra after discussing it with the client on mutual understanding.
• New Features Development Cost will also be considered in AMC.
• This estimate & duration is subject to change if any major functional requirements change at any stage of the software development life cycle
